I’m guessing probably not a lot lately.
Cooking, eating, reading, writing, bathing, breathing, dancing , sex – all things you can do speedily.
But remember how good they feel when you do them slow?
Slow is the key to getting our attention back, our ability to focus. Slow is the key to taking our nervous system off high alert.
Slow is smooth and graceful flow
You don’t have to live your life at 180bpm. (I know I run best at 90). Play DJ in your own life and slow that groove riiiiiight down.
That’s where the soul is.
