Better choices = Better living
But (I hear you cry)…. There’s so many things I don’t have a choice in
But (I cry)… Is that really true?
Yes there are life’s hard realities like laundry and caring for pets the kids have abandoned for fear of vet bills, animal cruelty laws and zoonotic diseases.
(And reading Stephen King novels too early gave us crazy dead pet issues).
But even all the things in life that are obligations, come with a myriad of choices – how much time we spend, money we use, energy we bring.
You get to choose. Not all of it, I grant you. But you have more agency than you think.
And sometimes the answer to feeling stuck, is simply choosing to be, do, see something different.
